1.If you were famous what would your stage name be?
When we held season tickets to OKC Thunder NBA games, David was chosen to be the pregame siren guy to hype up the crowd. We stood courtside for the team entrances and high fived the players like Westbrook, ‘mello, and Paul George. He’s got a Rumble tshirt and we got a nice photo to remember it. Fun to remember the crazier things we could do before the toddlers!
2.If you would attend a celebrity wedding which, would it be?
Between volunteering, real estate, and keeping up with our 3 busy kids, the coffee pot is of highest importance! Next are the handwritten recipe cards my Grandma Phyllis wrote when I went out of state to college. Highlights include her handmade egg noodles and applesauce cake, but the shining star is “Beanie-Weiners” which she must have thought powered this dance major through classes.
3.What is the weirdest gift you’ve ever received?
I am very tall and constantly get asked if I was a basketball star. This could not be further from my reality. I am honestly scared of sports that include a ball. Although, I do appreciate that my height is viewed as an asset most of the time.
4.What is the most random fact you know?
High school senior year my dance team was without a coach, but we wanted to remain competitive, so I organized a parent meeting at my house. With help, we registered and arrived. We collected some meal allowance and I went to the grocery store for team meals. It is so hilarious to think how much those other parents must have believed in me to allow me to organize such an expensive outing for our team!
5.What is the one thing you’ll never do again?
We tried to snorkel on our honeymoon in Mexico and that was a real fast nope for me! So without fear of open waters and creepy creatures, I would snorkel or even dive. I know there’s beautiful sights and lots to explore if I could get around my fear.
